Exercises for the head
Many complaints of the head have their origin in the neck. The complaints radiate upwards from the neck and cause headache there. Exercises for the neck therefore work well to reduce headache complaints.
Complaints of the head
Complaints of the head are usually invisible and difficult to interpret. Very often headache complaints go together with complaints of the neck. For example when the neck muscles are very tense or the cervical vertebrae do not move well. By doing exercises for the neck, the complaints of the head also often decrease.
