Exercises for the foot
We use our feet every day. If they do not function properly, walking immediately becomes a problem. Exercises often help to reduce the complaints.
Complaints of the foot
The foot consists of many small bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles. These must all work together properly to be able to stand, walk, jump, etc. If a problem arises in the foot due to an injury or due to ageing, then everyday activities suddenly become much more difficult to perform. Exercises to strengthen the foot muscles and increase the mobility of the joints then help to get rid of the complaints again.
Start now with exercises for the foot
For different foot complaints our physiotherapists have created special exercise programmes. These consist of exercises for the foot and the rest of the leg. The programme starts with relatively light exercises that become a little more difficult and more demanding. In this way you gradually build up the load-bearing capacity of the foot again. With the exercise programme you always know exactly what to do, because each exercise comes with a professional video and clear instructions.
Below you will find an overview of all exercise programmes for the foot. Do the self-check first if you are not yet sure which condition you need an exercise programme for.
