Exercises for the forearm
Complaints of the forearm usually originate from the muscles. The increased tension in the muscles causes greater pulling forces on tendons and insertions or irritates the nerves of the forearm. With the right exercises you can reduce these complaints.
Complaints of the forearm
The muscles of the forearm are attached to the elbow and/or the hand. Pain therefore regularly radiates upwards or downwards. Overuse of the forearm muscles due to work or a hobby is often the cause of complaints. The complaints temporarily decrease with rest, but this makes the forearm weaker. With the right exercises the complaints decrease and you increase the load-bearing capacity of the muscles and tendons. This reduces the chance that the complaints will return.
